"The stir straw dispenser is working great. The office likes the idea that it's very sanitary and very neat looking. I've read other comments that the knobs were loose but when it arrived I tightened the knobs and all is well. I've placed a removable tape on the lid so no one reaches in and keeps the remaining straws clean. Shipping cost not that great but dispenser was reasonable priced, I bought two. "

"I have the Stif Stick Dispenser in two coffee areas and you must continue to twist the knob several times before one comes out. I find if you shake the enitre dispenser then turn the knob, one comes out faster, but not always. I am not happy with this choice."

"Purchased for coffee bar serving warehouse employee's - we have approx 850 people so it is defniately holding up to heavy duty service. Previous method of sticking the stir sticks in an open cup was not sanitary and we were looking for a way to not only provide a sanitary method but one that looked nice. This product served both purposes. The stir sticks we had in stock were a bit shorter than the dispenser, but it still works very well. "

"2 out of the 4 purchased were damaged from shipping. The shipping containers should be more securely wrapped. For the hourly wages being paid it would not pay for itself to have someone waste time to package them up to send them back. "
