Are these threaded in the ends?  If so what size and thread?

The Supera (ILF-10) - Inline Water Filter ends are threaded and the size is ¾ of an inch and the thread size is 8 threads per inch.

Can this be used with a Hoshizaki ice machine? And how often does it need to be changed? Does it have an indicator on it for when it is time to change it?

The Supera (ILF-10) - Inline Water Filter can be used with any commercial Ice Maker producing up to 500 lbs of ice per day. Supera recommends that you change your filter every six months.
