The Structural Concepts gelato merchandiser has specific design features that make it ideal for any gelato shop. The front display glass is heated to prevent condensation and frost from building up and hiding the gelato. The rear of the cabinet has no doors, making it easy for workers to access the product. The backside also has stainless steel ledge to use as a workspace. Finally, the temperature is maintained by a dual coil refrigeration system. The system circulates cold air underneath the pans as well as blows cold air above the gelato to maintain even temperatures throughout the products.
