Purchased for a high school that is using it for events, concession, dances, field day. Received this item very quickly for our events that was coming up.

I am glad that i purchased theTheQCS3-1000A High capacity toaster. It is able to keep pace with our high volume Breakfast and Lunch business. It is very simple to set up and operate. It can make any type of toast from very light to very dark with just the touch of a switch and it does it very quickly. I would recommend this unit to any restaurant, coffee shop or any type of eatery. If you want fast turnover this is the unit.

The star 2 door panini maker is a great tool. You get more machine for the money than the smaller Warring brand. The electric consumption is not bad. I will buy a second one. I can cook 8 sandwiches at one time, in 3 minutes. The steel plates hold the heat for a long time. I recomend this product.

We own two full service gourmet burger restaurants. On an average day we do about 800 covers. The Star Ultra max 48" Grill is great for high volume and easy to maintain. We get perfectly caramelized burgers every time. Cooking to multiple temperatures is very easy as the Star grill provides optimum heat with more adjustable knobs than the average grill.

Product came exactly as describe and works perfectly.

The machine needed to be lowered even more to accommodate, say frozen waffles. It burns them. I would not buy another machine like this one. The toast feature is just OK. I would not recommend this unit to anyone.
