The 45 Lb Gas Sectional Match Fryer - Platinum Series (P16-PF45) is a sectional match fryer expertly manufactured by Southbend. The fryer features a tube type design with widely spaced tubes which make it easier to clean and increase heat transfer to the oil. The tubes are also designed with a unique baffle system which reduces oil scorching, increases production and improves recovery times. The frypot is crafted entirely from 16-gauge, 430 stainless steel and is equipped with a 1 1/4-inch drain valve which helps prevent clogging. The fryer produces an incredible 110,000 BTU and can hold up to 45 pounds of oil or shortening.
