The 10-Pan High-Efficiency Gas Convection Steamer (GSX-10HE) is a remarkably reliable gas convection steamer expertly manufactured by Southbend. The entire exterior of the steamer is constructed from 304 stainless steel while the interior is constructed from 316 stainless steel for maximum durability and corrosion protection. The steamer doors feature full perimeter gaskets and are equipped with removable liners for easy cleaning and replacement. Each heavy-duty door is also equipped with a spring-released positive lock and seal mechanism for a reliable, tight seal every time. Each compartment is equipped with its own steam generator that produces 95,000 BTU and is equipped with a unique steam injection system which dramatically improves efficiency and increases production.
