It even comes with eleven rack guides and includes five oven racks. Additionally, this convection oven is equipped with Southbend's Soft Air, two speed fan motor for incredibly even airflow. The cook and hold controls allow you to hold a set temperature in the oven after it has finished baking and includes a digital display and fan pulse timer for delicate baked goods.
