This item works well for the design. it is made of tough stainless steel, and has great burner control. The oven only comes with one grate though.

This stove with it's 30000 plus btu burners are great the star burners in the back do a great job of distributing the heat. This unit is easy to keep clean with the stainless top and doors. I also like the option of shutting the gas off when not in use.

Great stove. Our cooks at church love it; it is spacious and just right. We do several meals a week and it is great having a dependable stove. It has a great clean look and it's very modern. We have many cooking plans for it. It looks good in the kitchen and we've had many compliments.

The range is beautiful. I have not had the opportunity to use it yet though. The only thing we were disappointed in was how long it took to receive it. The manufacturer said that if they had one in stock (which they had 8) it would only take 3 - 5 days. It took over three weeks. The final hold up was due to flooding in the area and that was understandable. Other than that I am very happy with the product and the service from you company.

P60-CM 60" Infrared Cheesemelter - Platinum Series works like a charm; easy to clean and easy to maintain. It provides a tremendous amount of heat to melt toppings on our dishes instead of having to use an oven. Very quick to start up temperatures and maintains heat all day.

I was very impressed with the high quality, yet simple construction of this range. The oven heats up quickly and uniformly. Bread comes out perfect no matter where you place it. Top burners have superb control and can really deliver the heat when needed. I replaced a Magic Chef with this in my residence, and wow, cooking is fun now. Did I mention it looks awesome too?

A great heavy duty oven - but half the size, recommended for small commercial kitchen space. This oven is built in America so any issues regarding parts or other issues can be taken care of a lot quicker than some of the other brands available..

Simple operatoin without any complicated gadget features to get in the way. I couldn't be happier.

I would like to comment on how satisfied I am am with the Southben Gas range I ordered for the church I work for. The stove was placed in the kitchen in the church hall where different groups gather and have access to using the kitchen and the stove. Everyone that has used it is very pleased with its easiness to turn on/off, all burners work beautifully and cook evenly, and having two ovens is such an advantage. We also like the stove's construction with quality material which will last us for many years of use.

Installs easily, is able to do large quantitys particularly for banq. production, is easy to clean and maintain. Have had no issues with the unit and have had it near cobstant use since install. Excellent.
