The 30 gal Stainless Steel Gas Tilting Skillet (BGLT-30) is an advanced, reliable gas tilting skillet expertly manufactured by Southbend. The exterior of the skillet is constructed using thick 10 gauge stainless steel and features a stainless steel tubular frame for incredible strength and durability. It features a 30 gallon or 114 liter capacity and solid-state temperature controls for consistent and precise cooking temperatures. This gas skillet also features electric ignition for ease of use and a 5/8-inch, stainless steel cooking plate evenly heated by burners that produce an incredible 80,000 BTU.
