The exterior of the skillet is constructed using thick 10 gauge stainless steel and features a stainless steel tubular frame for incredible strength and durability. It features a 30 gallon or 114 liter capacity and thermostatic temperature controls for consistent and precise cooking temperatures. Additionally, the heating elements have been embedded into a 1½-inch thick aluminum plate for quick recovery times and even heat distribution.
