Server Products Inc. got its start in 1949 when they saw that movie theater operators needed an easy and efficient way to melt and serve butter for their popcorn. with some of the more fluid sauces, like the chocolate, the pump will continue to drip after being pumped. I do like the setup far more than the plastic pump we were using previously. It is easier to clean and easier to use and doesn't stick the plastic pumps

We have a need to keep cheese cool for a concession booth, so this works perfectly. It keeps the product cool, but does not require a large, expensive cooling unit. It is true to its promise to keep the product at the correct temperature for the expected length of time. The only suggestion would be to add a lid.

This has been a very nice item. We have two of them that provide us with 8 pumps for the syrup toppings. Quite expensive, but nice. I would strongly suggest that you order an additional pump so that you are able to swap out one while one is being cleaned.

Was happy to find this product existed. We use it for our coatings that are served warm, and allowing a drizzle instead of a large uncontrolled glob is perfect in certain situations. Simple and straight forward. Nothing fancy. It just works and looks good.

I'm a little harsh saying this product is disappointing, as I know it is well made and will be used daily for many years. But a product like this should come standard with a protective insert to keep the hot fudge off the sides of the interior walls. A bit frustrated that I have to order that separately.
