This model pumps out a heavy-duty 1350 pounds of nugget ice each day to keep even the largest and busiest foodservice establishments at maximum capacity every day. This ice maker is also finished in durable stainless steel, features spherical bearings and double-flight auger along with a heavy-duty gearbox. Basically, this machine is built for strength and durability, two qualities that are very important in commercial foodservice establishments. One note: This model will require an ice storage container, a large one, to hold and store all of that ice.
