Water-Conserving Cube Ice Machine for your Display and Drink Applications

One of the best things about nugget ice machines is that they use far less water than a standard cube-making machine. If you are trying to conserve water this may be the option for you. Also, nugget ice is a versatile ice; it can be used for icing drinks, blending drinks, and presentations. This modular ice machine by Scotsman will produce enough ice for a 100-seat establishment and can be paired with a number of Scotsman ice bins based on your specific needs. There are a couple of optional features you may consider adding to this machine that would make it even better: the Smart Board early alert system, and the Vari-Smart ice level sensor, both are programmable means of monitoring the ice machine, ensuring your machine is always in good working order.
