I recently had this ice machine installed at my lake house. So far, I am very pleased with it. I also purchased the filtration system to go with it (my water supply is pretty skunky if not filtered), and it produces perfectly clear cubes that are perfect for either drinks or for filling coolers. The only negative thing I would point out is that it is rather noisy when it kicks on, so if you are buying it for a house, keep that in mind. I would say its noise level sounds comparable to a clothes dryer running. Lastly, I would give FSW's customer service very high marks!

We own an open party fishing boat in Santa Barbara, and would buy ice from our landing. When we realized how much we paid each year for ice we saw it would be more cost effective to just buy an ice machine. After purchasing the machine we have already saved $1300 for the year. We take the whole bin when we leave the dock, and by the time we return the bin has totally refilled and we can offer ice for our customers to bring their fish home on.

Ice machine works well and is a replacement for my Scotsman AC-125 which was 15 years old. Hope to get as much service from this machine as I did the old one.The only negative about this machine so far is that when the ice dumps into the bin there is a lot of noise associated with the ice falling into bin.I have the unit in a utility room adjacent to my kitchen so it is very noticable.

I hooked the unit up the day I got it, after reading the instruction manual of course. Installation didn't take very long. The previous machine was the same manufacture so I could use the same water supply line and drain. I turned it on and the ice machine has been making ice ever since. Looks great and is easy to clean. Very little maintenance. Works Great!

A must in any hospitality set-up! When the average temperature is 85 degrees in winter, there is ample opportunity to exercise this appliance. The output is such that I can run a 9 room bed & breakfast and quench the thirsts of everyone and still have ice to supply the jungle top bar.

This unit was installed in a landfill scale house and the size of the unit worked out perfectly for the small area we have to work with. Also the amount of ice that it produces is an adequate amount for the staff onsite. I would definitly recommend this unit.

I am a retired man that uses lots of ice to keep my fish cool and my beer cool. Living in Texas you need lots of ice. This icemaker is perfect for me. The received excellent service from your company and quick delivery.

This is a great machine. The price was comparable to that of a residential ice machine, but has over twice the capacity. It is a perfect addition to our new outdoor kitchen and living area.
