There are two main features that make this an excellent ice machine for any food service establishment that needs nearly two tons of ice a day. First, it has a remote condenser. The remote condenser is installed on the building's roof, so all of the hot air produced by cooling the machine is expelled outside. This keeps the inside of the establishment a little cooler and a lot less noisy. Secondly, the machine qualifies for the FSW Certified Green Commercial Kitchen program. This means it uses less electricity and water than other commercial ice machines, so it will save money on utility bills. Money which can go directly to an establishments bottom line.
