A Very Prodigious Machine

As a member of the Scotsman Prodigy line, this ice machine is above-the-board in both performance and reliability. They say the best way to assure years of trouble-free service is to regularly clean the machine and to change the water filter every six months. This is true for the Prodigy series, too, but Scotsman also included some anti-microbial protection to help combat slime and scale build-up. The specific anti-microbial coating is called AquaArmor which uses a silver-based compound, and if you know anything about silver, you know it decimates any form of bacteria, mold or werewolf that comes around.
