"This machine allows us to focus on our customer without having to worry if we need additional back-up ice.
We operate on the Caribbean island of Antigua and water is our most precious commodity. The Scotsman brand is the only one that meets our needs. The clean look of this machine allow us to keep it in view of our clientele."

"It's only been in three days, but I'm completely happy with the ice machine. It installed easily and that was great. Thanks! The machine produces ample ice and is very quiet which is important for our customers' dining experience especially those sitting closest to the ice machine. "
