This full-cube ice machine is part of Scotsman’s Prodigy line, which uses advanced ice machine technology, such as monitoring and diagnostic components; things to consider when purchasing an ice machine. Paired with this air-cooled machine is a modular rotocast plastic storage bin. It has a large spring loaded pouch door that stays open during reach in, so you can easily scoop ice. There is a convenient scoop holder inside the bin which serves to keep the scoop protected from dust and debris. This is a smart combination unit meant to meet a wide range of service applications.
