Basic Unit with a Nice Design

This is a pretty basic ice machine storage bin with some added benefits from Scotsman. The exterior has been designed to be aesthetically pleasing which may not seem too important in a commercial kitchen but it does help the overall atmosphere. The design is about more than just looks though—it’s a skinny unit so it can fit in smaller spaces and take up less space. Space is always a concern in commercial kitchens were chefs dream of having the highest-tech equipment, so why take up too much space with an ice machine? The lid has also been designed to be easy to open and reach in to get the most out of the unit. The bin works with Prodigy and standard Scotsman ice machines so you can decide which one fits your business best.
