Q: Can you tell me the length of only the cooling portion of this paddle? The portion excluding the handle?
A: The handle portion of the 128 Oz Rapi-Kool Cold Paddle is 5¼ inches long, so the length of the cooling portion is 15¾ inches long.

"The item is just fine and proper for its intended use. It is just a bit larger than what we need to use on a daily basis. The soup that we have left to cool down is usually less than 1/2 gallon and this is a bit large and tippy/awkward for this. Just fine for large amounts of product to cool."
