I purchased 15 of these tins for pies at a wedding and they are wonderful, lightweight and strong. The presentation of 11" pies that are also fairly deep is impressive as well! It also allows for nice-sized pieces and even distribution of heat. Great product.
I love the pie plates. The good thing about them is that they are extra wide, so that makes them capable of many uses other than just pies. Like I said, the best thing about them is the size.
