Royal Industries can help ensure your pastries’ perfection in the form of their 17” x 25” icing grate (ROY IG 18). This icing grate will allow air to circulate underneath your pastries to prevent post-oven over-baking while providing a great surface on which to apply icings and glazes. It fits into a standard 18” x 26” bun pan and features a heavy wire construction.
