"I am gluten intolerant and I purchased them to do biscuits. They come out so nice and high and round they are great, then I cook an egg and I have a biscuit sausage and egg that I can eat. I found they work better if you either spray them or oil them lightly before putting either the biscuit dough or egg in them."
