When you need to produce pizzas, but have limited space in the commercial kitchen, you need the PVI 20-Pan Pizza Rack (PZ3016). This unit has a small footprint, to save you space, but still holds up to 20 pizza pans at a time. You can use the rack to proof, prep, store, stage and transport the pizza, saving you time and labor. The universal design of the racks can hold from 8” to 16” pizza pans and the open hoop design keeps the product visible and reduces contamination.
