I was impressed with your company prompt handling and delivery of the product. I expected a little heavier sheet gage for these tongs and also a slightly heavier return spring. A few thousands heavier stainless sheet metal would have made a big difference in the overall feel and handling of the tong. I would also suggest that dimple, indentation or depression in the holding area of the tong could enhance the holding or avoid the slipage during handling.
