Q: I lost the calibration directions, can you help?
A: In order to calibrate the Pelouze (CC400DC) - Candy/Deep Fry Thermometer bring a pan of clear tap water to a boil. Immerse the stem of the thermometer at least 2" into the boiling water for no less than 30 seconds. Hold the nut located just under the head of the thermometer (some models may require a wrench) and turn the thermometer head until the red temperature indicator is positioned directly over 212 degrees Fahrenheit.
