I had this Simonelli Espresso machine in my previous coffeeshop and it's great value for an affordable price with low to no costs of repairs. Very reliable and brewing at high performance level - even noticed by customers. Overall very satisfied and I will order this machine again for my new shop.
The product itself works ok. Honestly I expected a little more for almost $1400 though. It seems to be a basic espresso machine, nothing more than COSTCO could supply. When I ordered the original model, I did not hear from your company for a week that it was out of stock. This is the one they sent me to be compareable? So 2 weeks I was down an espresso machine when originally I expressed I needed it asap as mine was down. Then to find out you dont deliver off the truck? Who does that this day and age. To make the girls that work my counter have to come out to the truck and offload it?
