NSB Foodservice (6153-G) - Phoenix Gas Tandoori Oven

Tandoori ovens bake and cook without all the oils, grease or fat. Traditional Tandoori ovens were sculpted by hand from clay and burned wood to heat for cooking. NSB chose to make the oven insert from ceramic instead. Testing shows that ceramic holds more heat and cooks evenly without changing the flavor. The 16" opening is one of the largest on the market and the tilted design makes accessing the interior safer.
