A perfectly red tomato is a delicate fruit that can be easily be crushed when sliced with a dull knife or by hurried hands. Take the variables out of tomato slicing with the 3/16” Tomato Slicer Replacement Blades (466-1), made to match the 3/16” Tomato Slicer (55600-1) from Nemco. The blades come 13 to a pack and are razor-sharp to facilitate use. A unique lubricating track moves the blades along, thereby resisting misalignment problems that cause nicks and broken blades for a longer-lasting unit.

"We use this product on a daily basis. It cuts well and doesn't tear the tomatos. However, when the blade is getting close to needing to be changed it jams and locks up. This makes cutting the tomatoes very difficult until the blade is changed. We have to get a new blade every 5 months which is reasonable for how much we use it but after about 4 the blade is difficult to work with."

"After 6 months of heavy use of our tomato slicer we had to replace the blades. It is simply amazing how long these blades last in a commercial kitchen. There's no way you could do all that work with knives. Great product, highly recommanded for heavy tomato-use."
