This is great during pizza parties. It is heavy and does the job nicely. This works better for our setup than a normal pizza cutter. We have a wood burning oven, and when you have a hungry crowd you don't want to slow down the process. This heavy piece of steel also has a wow factor.

Really good knife and easy to work with. I only use it about once a week, but so far it has been performing well. Performance to price ratio is also good, compared to some of the more expensive knives. I still haven't used a honing steel on it, but I think it should work fine.

This knife is exactly what I was looking for, I bake cakes at home and always had problems cutting them nice and even, with this knife, "problem solved" - now it is a very quick and simple task. I would recommend this product to anybody, from a home cook to a professorial.

An excellent small knife. It arrives very sharp and has been easy to keep sharp. The knife is made as well as knives costing 3 times more. The blade length is good for peeling, removing bones, and general light slicing around the kitchen. Buy several for paring tasks.

Excellent product overall. Balance excellent. Holds edge well even when used on very abrasive surfaces. Blade does not stain or discolor even after many washes in commercial dishwasher. This has become the go to knife in this kitchen. At this price one should buy at least three.

The knife is of great quality with a very sharp edge. I gave it to a friend who had lost a paring from their set, it matched very well and she was very excited to have a replacement and loves using it every day. The size and shape of this knife fits her hand better than the original one she had. It’s her favorite knife.
