Caramel sauce is a must have for any good coffee shop. The amounts of drinks that can be concocted or added to with caramel are numerous. The sauce is slightly thinker than Monin’s traditional flavored syrups which, which are lighter in viscosity than the sauces. Use this Monin 2 L Caramel Sauce (M-GC009-04) to create a scrumptious Dulce de Leche frappe.

Ingredients:

• ½ Oz Caramel sauce
• ½ Oz Butterscotch syrup
• 2 Shots of chilled espresso
• 3 Oz Vanilla ice cream
• 2 Cups ice

• Place all of the ingredients into a blender.
• Blend on high until everything is smooth.
• Pour into a serving glass.
• Garnish with caramel flavored whipped cream.
