Toffee is a delicious snack that is typically eaten around the holidays, though it is made year round. Monin has created a syrup that combines the rich taste of toffee and combined it with a nutty taste as well. Use the Monin 750 ml Toffee Nut Syrup (M-AR051A-12) to make a Banana Toffee Mocha.
Ingredients:
- 1 oz. Monin Banana Syrup
- 1/2 oz. Monin Toffee Nut Syrup
- 8 oz. Prepared Hot Cocoa
- 1 shot Espresso
Directions:
- After preparing your hot cocoa, add Monin Banana, Monin Toffee Nut and espresso and stir.
- Top with Monin Caramel flavored whipped cream.
- Sprinkle with chopped toffee bits.
- Garnish with banana chips.
