It warms in the winter and gives a little extra snap in the summer. Its cinnamon and the spice can be found in dishes from around the world. Why not find it in your coffee? You can choose to add the powdered spice to the top of a latte or you can add the Monin 750 ml Cinnamon Syrup (M-AR012A-12) to the drink itself using the following recipe:
- 1/2 oz. Monin Cinnamon Syrup
- 1 oz Monin Dark Chocolate Sauce
- 1 Shot of espresso
- Steamed milk
- Pour the shots of cinnamon and dark chocolate syrup into the coffee cup along with the espresso shot.
- Add the steamed milk to the mixture.
- Garnish with whipped cream and a cinnamon stick.
