Metalfrio's 28” Mega-Top Sandwich/Salad Prep Table (SCLM1) is a spacious option for establishments that regularly prepare salads and sandwiches. It has an interior capacity of 5.7 cubic feet. Both the interior and exterior are constructed from sturdy stainless steel. The top is accessible via a lift-up stainless steel lid, while the bottom portion is accessible through two swinging doors. The thick 2.5” foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation is a great feature for this refrigerated unit, as it assists in keeping products chilled. Heavy-duty casters and two interior shelves are included for your convenience. The Metalfrio SCLM1 unit is built-to-last in commercial foodservice operations.
