The 28” Sandwich/Salad Prep Table (SCL1) from Metalfrio is a fantastic option for establishments that prepare salads and sandwiches. It has an interior capacity of 5.7 cubic feet. Both the interior and exterior are constructed from sturdy stainless steel. The top is accessible via a lift-up stainless steel lid, while the bottom portion is accessible through a swinging door. The thick 2.5” foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation is a great feature for this refrigerated unit, as it assists in keeping products chilled.
