Love this pan, love the price! It works just as well as the more expensive copper jam pots at half the price. I use copper pots to produce fruit jams with little or no pectin. The copper is perfect for the high heat required to cook the jam down. I will be buying more of these pans.

The pan was a Christmas gift, so we are still learning how to produce nice looking crepes. The set was delivered in a timely fashion and the tools included with this set are helpful and make cooking crepes easier. The set was well protected and wrapped so everything arrived without any damage.

One needs these racks to function well, to store well and to be free from heavy metals in their surface. This product does all that and was inexpensive as well. It fits easily into my kitchen - for i am not a professional cook, and my kitchen is not very large.

Great on the stove top and in the oven. Very even and quick to heat. Started taking on seasoning immediately. Extremely easy to clean. I dry it with paper towels and hit it with a wee bit of oil. Black steel!

This is a fabulous baking sheet but I made three mistakes. I did not measure the interior of the oven. I ordered shortly before leaving on a 3 week vacation. And I tore the package open 4 weeks after shipping. The pan is too big for my 30" oven, as the oven interior is only 24". The deadline for returns is 2 weeks after shipping, and returns must be in original, undamaged wrapper. So I am giving a pair of these pricey pans to a good friend and professional chef. She is thrilled to get them.

The product description doesn't say it has non stick coating but it does. Crepe doesn't spread properly(I'm an expert with crepes) and doesn't have thick bottom and very disappointing with this purchase.I will not recommend this product .I'm would recommend to spend $75 for this kind of pan.

This is the best scraper I've found. It has great flexibility and tapered edges that allow you to get the most out of the bowl. I plan to purchase more to have them on hand as they are a different breed from the thick white plastic inflexible scrapers that are commonly available.
