This mat met and exceeded my expectations. It stays in place while you use it and it is convenient for counter top use. I found the material used to make this mat was very good and exceeded my expectations. The mat cleans up nicely and it is easy to store.
I frequently bake bread, pizza and rolls and these mats make it easy to roll and shape the dough. They clean up easily afterward. I also use them to keep the counters clean.
Very nice, works perfect for rolling out pie doughs and working with pastry items. Sticks to counter surface for a no slip non stick working surface.
