"Manitowoc is the best commercial ice machine manufacturer. We owned a Scotsman for 5 years before buying this unit. We spent countless hours and money repairing the Scotsman. We have used this unit for over 6 months in a very high volume bar / restaurant and no issues. I would also recommend water cooled unless you have very good ventilation--more efficient, quiet, and less ambient air temperature rise."
