The 1320 lb Ice Storage Bin (F-1300) from Manitowoc has a sliding ice gate to control the amount of ice that flows into its snout. Ice can be removed from the bin with either a scoop or a shovel. This bin is made to last, with heavy-duty welds. The bin is insulated with foam to save money on power. It can be inspected through sliding windows that resist impacts. The lift door is made from polyethylene. A ball catch hinge keeps the door open while ice is being scooped. The bin door is large for easy access. Manitowoc has equipped its 1,320-pound ice storage bin with a number of features to help aid in the fight against accidents. One such feature is a sliding ice gate that controls ice flow for easy removal. Its polyethylene lift door utilizes ball catch hinges that will hold the bin door open when scooping ice, preventing smashed fingers. Additionally, the door offers maximum access to the storage hold, which allows ice to be removed quickly and easily.
