The Primary Water Filter Assembly (AR-10000) from Manitowoc is designed to improve the quality of ice produced by your ice machine and considerably extend its life. The primary filter assembly filters out any particulate matter in the water flowing into your ice machine larger than one micron. The filter also contains siliphos which helps prevent the build-up of scale inside the ice machine, reducing time spent performing maintenance and dramatically improving its lifespan. Additionally, installing a filtration system on your ice machine helps to reduce the taste of chlorine that is often associated with incoming, municipally-treated water.
