Lavazza BLUE Espresso Machines Lavazza BLUE offers a unique beverage capsule, single-serve system for use with a wide variety of machines. Due to the aromatically-sealed individual capsules, excellent espresso and other hot beverages are only a touch away. After selecting and grinding the beans, the ground coffee is packaged in single-serve capsules that ensure excellent quality. To brew, insert the capsule into the machine piercing the capsule packaging. Heated water is then forced through the capsule at high pressure producing the selected amount of coffee.
