This attractive and compact, design flair cart features 2 induction cooktops, 1 down draft filtration system, and a heat resistant stainless steel top surface that is easy to clean. It is easy to maneuver on 5" no mark polyurethane casters. Induction cooking is energy efficient as heat is directed to the food and not the cooking surface, which is safer for exhibition cooking and buffet service. It includes fast and accurate temperature maintenance for heating, finishing, and holding and the cooking surface is safe to the touch because it has no flame or heat on the cooking surface.
