Krowne Metal (17-109W) - 8" Wall-Mounted Pre-Rinse Unit

Pre-rinse spray valves are among the most useful products in a commercial kitchen, and the Krowne 17-109W is one of the best models. Basically, these are used to spray off pots, pans, and dishes prior to putting them in the dishwasher. If you've had a particularly busy night, or even if you're dishwasher doesn't come in until the end of the day, you most likely have dishes that have been sitting in bus tubs for hours. They will inevitably have food that is caked on and has hardened. Your dishwasher will not necessarily be able to fully clean all of that off. The pre-rinse spray valve provides a high-pressure blast of water that will get all of the stubborn food off before you put the dishes in the dishwasher, guarenteeing clean dishes. These particular models are great because you also have the option to add a faucet onto the unit, so you can switch between regular water pressure from the faucet and high pressure water from the spray valve. It will fit into any single, double, or triple sink. The one thing to watch out for is that is is 35" high, so if you have shelves over the sink, you may have to re-think their placement.
