Round Food Pans

Round food pans are specifically designed to hold and warm food for long periods of time inside a round warming vessel at a buffet or tabletop. The round shape makes for more even heating from the flame below, which is usually powered with chafing fuel. Because the edges of the pan are all exactly equidistant from the center flame, the food inside is heated more evenly than in a rectangular or square pan. Purchase multiple food pans so that you will always have extras on hand as back-ups in case your other food pans are in use or are being washed.
