Pie Markers

Our pie markers have a number of teeth on their arms to easily mark your cut lines. There are numerous amounts of cuts to choose from when buying a pie marker, so carefully consider what size you want your slices to be. If you run a bakery, it may be wize to slice up considerable slices so your customers feel they are getting their money’s worth. If this marker is for home use, get more slices; mean less pie in each serving which is good for those people that are watching their waistline but still want to indulge.
Take care that you do not press too hard and crumble the pie topping or crust. It is best to mark the pie as soon as it comes out of the oven, before the top has a chance to fully harden. By marking when the dough is still slightly pliable, you reduce the risk of ruining a beautifully sculpted lattice top.
