Disposable gloves are meant to protect your customers from foodborne illnesses, but you may need to protect your employees from the gloves. Some people can be allergic to latex or the powder used in latex or rubber gloves. If your employees develop a rash or severe itching on their hands after wearing throwaway gloves, then they are probably allergic to something in the glove.
