Silicone baking mats have an extremely high resistance to heat and they are so easy to clean, it is as easy as rubbing it down with a clean cloth in between each use. Each mat can be used up to 3000 times, which is an economical and green alternative to disposable sheets of parchment, which get thrown away after each use. The silicone is oven safe up to 500°F and is non-stick and non-slip, so you never have to worry about your cookies sticking to the baking mat.
