Bain Marie Pots are used for cooking or holding delicate foods that need to be cooked or warmed with indirect heat. These types of food include chocolate and sugar for making candy. The Bain Marie Pots are lowered into a hot water bath and the heat of the water slowly warms the delicate ingredients within the Bain Marie.
