A: This Jet Tech 37 Rack/Hr Door Type Dishwasher (X-35C) can be cleaned by adding solution and running empty loads until the unit is clean to your satisfaction. For hard water buildup it is recommended to use a solution like CLR or similar and run empty loads until the desired effect is reached.
