Jet Tech Door-Type Dishwashers

All of the Jet Tech door-type dishwashers can be configured for either straight-through or corner operation. Straight-through operation means the dishes will enter and exit from the side of the machine. On units that have a corner configuration, the dishes will enter or exit the front and one of the sides. Be sure to consider how the dishes will be traveling through your dish room when choosing a configuration and wash direction. Ideally, the clean dishes will exit the side of the machine that is closest to where they will be stored, so there is less of a chance of contamination when they are being put away.

Another consideration for the Jet Tech door-type dishwashers is the rinse temperature. Both high- and low-temp models are available. High-temp washers sanitize the dishes using rinse water between 180 and 195 °F. This is a more efficient method of washing dishes because the hot water easily dissolves lipstick and food grease. Low-temp machines use a chemical additive to sanitize the dishes.
